The US tested a few and did not buy them. I believe Canada had a few and some other nations used them.

IIRC, Swiss and Danish armies use(d) M113 Dozers as well...

The ARVN got the dozer kit too, along with some of the marginal terrain bridge variants IIRC.
The US military has also been investigating the use of a variant referred to as the EM113REV, which could be fitted with the dozer, for riot and prison security purposes (see http://www.dtic.mil/ndia/2008Intl/kAdams.pdf). They have been used in Iraq to protect detention centers (see picture).
